I’ve had a few contractors come through my house, and Stoney Woods stands above them all. Prepared, plans the work, punctual, great communication and incredible quality – hard to beat!

Marshall and his team have done 2 projects for me. Fall 2020, he laid an interlock walkway along the driveway up to my front door, as well as built a decorative arched wall and steps, all with solar activated lights embedded. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality, adaptiveness to change, and accountability (came back to replace a couple damaged stones a year later), that we booked him for a second job. In fall 2021, he did our backyard. He expanded our deck by putting in a couple new posts and extending some joists. New deck boards were laid with two new stair cases and new hand rails. He also expanded our patio, built a bbq patio, and fixed a failed retaining wall.

We gave high level ideas of what we wanted and Marshal turned our backyard into an oasis. Three levels of stone patios, decorative retaining walls, stone steps and lighting. They were professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day and on time. They even moved some trees around to fit the new look. Marshal is a perfectionist and the pride in his work shows. We were impressed with the workmanship and asked Marshall to rebuild and expand our deck, rebuild our fence and build a stone walkway and steps into our back yard.
